Questions & answers
How does it work?
Book online, come to bagpoint at your drop-off time and show your booking code. We store your bags and hand them back when you show the code again.
How much does it cost? Any discounts?
The price depends on the bag size and how long you store it: up to 3 hours, up to 6 hours or up to 24 hours. Longer than a day — every full day plus the rest at the same prices. Several bags get a discount: 2 bags −10%, 3 bags −15%, 4 or more −20%. Sizes can be mixed.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp or Telegram with your booking code and we’ll change or cancel it.
What if all spots are taken?
The calendar shows free space for every day. If there’s no room for your dates, you’ll see it right away — try other dates or fewer bags.
Which bag size should I choose?
Small — backpacks and handbags. Medium — cabin suitcases. Large — big checked-in suitcases. If in doubt, choose the larger size.
How do I pay?
You pay at drop-off. Online payment is coming soon.
What can’t I leave?
Money, documents, valuables, food, liquids that may leak, flammable or dangerous items.
